Parallel Sports Inc.Parallel Sports Inc. is a not-for-profit organisation situated in Geelong, operated by volunteers who pride themselves in providing support and engaging individuals with physical disabilities, helping them to connect with community based sports.
Our organisation has a strong local community focus and is affiliated with many local service providers, schools, sports and recreation organisations. We facilitate a social mixed wheelchair basketball competition plus ongoing school and community group programs whilst also being involved in the provision of adaptive equipment for people with a mobility disability throughout the region for sports including: wheelchair tennis, racing and athletics, hand cycling, wheelchair rugby and rowing. Parallel Sports School Program Parallel Sports Inc. runs programs for schools providing a Wheelchair Basketball experience, disability awareness and education sessions. These sessions are run by our local volunteer Paralympian's. Similar programs can be organised for corporate events on request.

Anyone interested in swimming do not hesitate to contact Parallel Sports as there are a variety of clubs and social swimming centres that offer many different swimming programs that can be matched to the individual. AthleticsDevelopment training sessions are held at Lakeside Stadium, Albert Park on Tuesday nights.
Training is also held in Ballarat on Wednesday nights.

RowingBarwon Rowing Club With an adaptive single scull as well as many other club boats available for use, Barwon Rowing Club offers a variety of come and try and training sessions.
