Sporting Activities Available

Parallel Sports has a variety of programs and activities that can be altered to match an individuals capabilities, from the elite to the novice. The programs on offer for the physically disabled people has the ability to promote and develop positive growth on a physical, social and emotional level for all involved.

Wheelchair Basketball

Mixed Wheelchair Basketball Competition
Time: Every Tuesday night from 6:30pm (excluding school holidays)
Where: Try Boys Stadium, Geelong

Table Tennis

Training Sessions on Tuesday 5.00pm
Geelong Table Tennis Centre


Anyone interested in swimming do not hesitate to contact 'Parallel Sports' as
there is a variety of clubs and social swimming centres that offer many
different swimming ragimes that can be matched to the individual.


Athletics, Fields Sports and Wheelchair Racing
Training sessions available on a variety of days. Training mostly on Friday
afternoons at Landy field in Geelong.


Barwon Rowing Club
With an adaptive single scull as well as many other club boats available for use,
Barwon Rowing Club offers a variety of come and try and training sessions.
